Board of Director Roles and Responsibilities
The Board of Director positions and roles are set forth in the by-laws.
For the positions of President, Vice-President and Director the By-Laws contain sufficient information to successfully fulfill the responsibilities of the office.
The responsibilities of Treasurer and Secretary are given in broader terms. In addition to to the By-Law duties, sections labeled "Operational Details" have been created relating particularly to tasks, procedures and timing.
Some tasks are technical, such as simple web site maintenance (secretary) and electronic spreadsheets (treasurer). The persons in these positions must either have these skills or be willing to be tutored in them.
